Can you imagine finding a home with 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom?
Our apartment is located right in front of the tram stop and a few minutes from the historic center of the city of La Laguna, declared a World Heritage Site. With more than 150 m2 and completely renovated, it has all the comforts and quality equipment to enjoy a magnificent stay. Wifi and several smart TVs. Mercadona located less than 4 minutes away and low cost parking in the area.
The kitchen is of American type open to the living room, and is equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator and appliances. It has an island that makes it very convenient for various preparations and meals. It also has a utility room and pantry area.
The area of the rooms is completely separated. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds with wardrobes where you can store your travel clothes. Also, each room has its full bathroom, which have been renovated with either shower or bathtub.
As for the outdoor areas, it has a pleasant interior patio ideal for reading, relaxing and sharing area, which is accessed directly from two of the rooms. All windows and doors are made of high quality materials, insulated and soundproofed maintaining a pleasant temperature throughout the year.
The apartment is located in the commercial area. A few minutes from the historic site, leisure area, squares, parks and the University of La Laguna, which guarantees a perfect location to tour this beautiful world heritage city. It also has very easy access to the highway, which makes it very convenient to travel around the island.

If you prefer you can also rent a car to tour the island more in depth and without having time limitations. If you have a car, in the vicinity you will find a public parking for a fee.

Beautiful apartment in a super central location! It’s located on Avenida Trinidad, one of the main streets of La Laguna, but is still quiet while inside. Communication with Diana was quick & easy.
